You must fill out both forms below to participate in my games.
In filling out the forms you agree to the following:
- Respect all players and the DM at all times.
- Arrive prepared for sessions, including having your character sheet and materials ready.
- Provide advance notice if you cannot attend a session.
- Abide by content creation rules, including consent for recording and sharing.
- Understand that disruptive behavior may result in removal from the campaign.
